Is SH playing the same game that Agoracom got caught playing?

I don't trust anybody whose profile is conveniently hidden from view behind a Stockhouse error message.
I've emailed SH many times asking for an explanation as to why some user's profiles can't be seen and have yet to receive a reply from them or even an acknowledgement of my request for an explanation.
