... yes you would think that the current management would address it but they clearly lack the ability. 

management here reminds me of my hot tub when it gets chemical lock. The hot tub its functioning and the water looks fine but all you have is a bad smell. Actually it stinks to high heaven. The addition of chemicals to counter balance the overabundance of other chemicals simply gets to the point where the water is saturated and it needs to be drained and start over.

So it is with management and the Board here. The science is good and the potential is awesome.... but all you get is a bad smell from the leadership. Time to drain and start over.

In the meantime if you are patient you should be able to get some good buys further down.
