RE: david77 is ROBERT CHAPMAN

RE: david77 is ROBERT CHAPMAN

Hi Jenkins and gotsilver,

I'vejust been going through my own personal hell this week trying to unloadmy Hellix and Abington shares. Finally, I'm out, but not without asignificant hair-cut. I could have waited it out, hoping to get a betterprice on my shares, but this isn't the type of risk I signed up for. Iwas betting on a legitimate business. I don’t know you or have anyreason to trust you, but I do have my own experience and this exposureof david77 was the final confirmation for me (notice his silence?). I'llshare my story as a cautionary tale. I'm sorry if this is going toscrew some people's investments, but it's better to find the truth nowrather than to let yourself be convinced to buy even MORE shares later.

I found Bob by listening to the Alex Jones program. I liked hisanalysis so much, that I started following him ondiscountgoldandsilvertrading. One day on this program he says ON AIR"everyone get into Hellix! It's going to at least $1.50!" I scramble tomake my first purchase ever on the stock market, buying in at the peakof
.95. It was downhill from there, but it was only a minor $1800. Bythe time it gets to
.70 a share, I ask Bob what is going on. He saysit's the naked shorters, buy more, they'll have to cover eventually. This stock has great news releases coming out. Hugely promising assays! This company will be a junior miner in 6 to 8 months (he's been saying 6to 8 months for over a year now).

I'vespoken with Barry Underhill several times on the phone (the man cantalk for hours). First small alarm bell: he's an ex-stock broker (itjust doesn't seem to fit with mining speculation, but hey I don't reallyknow the business). Second alarm bell: I call Abington after buyingsome shares on Bob's recommendation; it's Barry again. Why isn't he busygetting hellix off the ground? I've never heard of someone balancingthe management of two startups. But hey, I don't really know thebusiness. Maybe this is normal.

Other alarm bells:
- Bob says he's right 98% of the time. I findthis to be incredibly intellectually dishonest. I’ve found that he justdoesn’t count the times that he’s wrong.
- He tells you to let him doyour thinking for you. It is very irresponsible to encourage someone tohand their power over to a stranger. Even if that stranger is you.

-Everytime I would ask him which of the stocks out of the ones herecommended should I place my money in, he would say Hellix. He neverfor a instant mentioned the risk involved and that I might not want thatlevel of risk.

David77is obviously Bob. I should know, I’ve hung on Bob’s every word for overa year. He’s got Bob’s “handwriting”. The same terse statements. Thesame expressions, such as "god's work" etc. I used to think that david77was just some Bob fanatic clone that was incapable of original thought,so he just copied Bob’s rhetoric. Makes more sense that he is Bob.Another of his names could be “curtisyanginc” on the Yahoo stock forums.Check out his latest post after you exposed david77 here:

https://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_H/threadview?m=tm&bn=81642&tid=232&mid=240&tof=1&rt=2&frt=2&off=1

Soundsa bit desperate, eh? The other fellow on the forum “ittlwork” mightalso be Bob (his name on the profile is david too). I could just beparanoid though. LOL

I’veread Bob’s news letter for over a year and there doesn’t seem to bemuch in it that’s worth anything, since he gives away all of valuableinformation on his radio programs.

To be fair, a couple of unanswered questions:

-If I understand naked shorting correctly, then they wouldn’t be listed as shorts in the company profile?

-Noone is going to convince me that david77 isn’t Bob, but someone couldargue that he’s only defending his investors against predatory geniusnaked shorters. Still, I don’t like all of this cloak and dagger sh*twhen it comes to my money.

-I’velooked at Abington’s financial statements and it looks very much likeyou describe, but I don’t see where Bob is getting paid yet. Unless he’sconnected through one of these consulting firms or gets paid off of thebooks.

That'sall I have. I'd like to confirm what is truly going on here. Bob hasgot himself a huge following now in the liberty movement and if it turnsout that he is just a conman, then he needs to be exposed.

Cheers,

Courier
