    The chart doesn't lie foxy.  Very nice breakout past old high then very nice consolidation to test support.
   If we close above $5 with good volume this week, as it looks like we will,  a move forward towards $7 by the end of December is likely.

  Nice call on GCU though. Stcik with it and I'm sure your will prosper.
