cornel, be careful when you read this kind of report, not all the entries are buy or sell. Grant of rights, warrants, options, etc. are all included. Only 288,00 shrs were bought by Szarko and it was done on Nov 18/10 and reported on Nov 22/10. With a thinly traded penny stock, sp can be easily manipulated by anyone with a small amount of capital. so be careful not to get on the wrong side of a trade.
