RE: A serious talk about the companies debt...

RE: A serious talk about the companies debt...Stark,

You present a compelling argument, but you may have overlooked a few things.

Revenues were $4,395,340 for the last fiscal year and even discounting for the cost of sales - Gross Profit was $1,058,087
That's a hell of a lot more than the $100,000 which was only the amount from their New Media divsion as you stated - which was basically ONLY itiBiti in the period.  AdTaffy and Ortsbo were both launched in July after this financial period.

A lot of the debt you mention is in the form of convertible debentures, and can easily be wiped out with the issuance of shares for the debt.  Granted, that move increases the share base, but it also improves the balance sheet by wiping out the debt, and any future interest payments.

I am looking down the road to the 2nd quarter numbers to see where the company's financials take us, and in the mean time, if Corum can place a value on the company ... all the better - because it is definitely worth more than it's current market cap.
