Primary Symbol: EMB

The iShares J.P. Morgan USD Emerging Markets Bond ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollardenominated emerging market bonds. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and may invest up to 10% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, as well as in securities not included in the underlying index. The index is a broad, diverse U.S. dollar-denominated emerging markets debt benchmark that tracks the total return of actively traded external debt instruments in emerging market countries.

Comical "Arrangement"

Comical "Arrangement"If you are a shareholder in EmberClear, I'm sorry, but you got screwed. You likely invested in Immersive Media and watched millions squandered and opportunities lost over the last five years. This new arrangement, or scheme, is almost comical, if it weren't so sad. The "Camera Business", as EmberClear now so dismissively describes its recent past, has little or no value now that it has been shuttered. The idea that the same group that failed so miserably in the wild west of digital media will now succeed in the highly regulated energy sector is truly hilarious. The fact that the shareholders meeting is announced on Thanksgiving Day and scheduled for the week before Christmas is a blatent attempt ensure that nobody can make it to Calgary. I highly recommend putting as much distance as possible between these people and your money. If you want to see what is happening in 360 degree video, check out the progress yellowBird has made with what is likely 1/100th the capital investment - https://www.yellowbirdsdonthavewingsbuttheyflytomakeyouexperiencea3dreality.com/

IMHO you should vote against this absurd "arrangement" as a statement of no confidence in EmberClear. This might be the last opportunity to get your money out of incompetent hands. Take it on over to the guys at yellowBird. I'm sure they would appreciate visionary investors. It's obvious that EmberClear/Immersive Media never has.

Read about how "The Arrangement" should be voted on before completion of the "strategic review process" for the Camera Business at https://www.sedar.com/DisplayCompanyDocuments.do?lang=EN&issuerNo=00021691
