RE: Not just Wayne KayThere are some good reasons why Orbimed might not take this company private, but I think it is likely they will want a full 51% to have full control.  Right now there 7 directors which is way too many for a company of this size. I think the next move should be get Kay off the BOD and probably Holler too.
