Next? A gap?It all depends on the price moving up above 0.40
The chart has formed a pennant, or a wave four, depending on which method of analysis you care to follow.
A pennant flies at half-mast, which would mean a break out would take us up another 0.37 or so - to the 0.60 to 0.70 area.
Alternately, a break out above 0.40 could see us into a new wave sequence with a projection of 1.20 to 1.30.
A gap above 0.40 would be a good bit of evidence to support that projection. I am hoping for a big, strong gap.
Either way we have a winner here if it can break 0.40.
It has built up some energy going sideways since July of 2009 and looks like a bit of a classic trade pattern to the TA eye.
