You have to remember Kazz that there is very few MSFT dollars and
Paradigm dollars in that quarter.
As for an acquisition it does seem inevitable; as for Price, a friendly Nvidia buy right now without competition
would be .80 - $1 anything under that Paradigm would buy as they have $1.20/share invested in Acceleware.
Did you know:
- That Paradigm and Intel had a joint venture in Seismic Technology started Apr. 14 2010
- Two months later Paradigm signs with Acceleware for the Paradigm 2011.
Paradigm just ramped up staff from 700 to 780 in the last 6 mths. From 25 locations in 22 Countries to
30 locations in 26 Countries as per Interview with Duane Dopkin in Oct.
As Paradigm grows; Acceleware is going to grow right along with them.
Now if you think my Acquisition value is a little low; you may be right I'm just being conservative.
It could and should value between 2-3 dollars.
Now if you think I'm being a little generous as you are looking at today's stock price; ask yourself the question -
- If Intel made an offer what would Nvidia want for their Shares?
Now I would like to address the longs:
This company isn't your ordinary investment. An opportunity like this comes along once every 10-15yrs.
The last one that I don't really want to talk about I sold too early. Acceleware operates a lot like a private Family run Company. At the bottom of the Financials it stated that 4 Directors loaned a total of $315K for a few months unsecured no interest. They do have a line of Credit that they can draw on for 500K however they opted for the no interest instead of the 4 or 5%; If that's not running a tight ship.
We need to change our minds and our approach to this Investment. You can have shares cheaper than the Directors Options and you don't have an expiry date on your options. You should think of this opportunity more like adding to a Pension Plan every paycheck. Does it really matter what the Stock Price is whether 5cents or 15 cents
when you have a pretty good idea of how the Acceleware Story is going to end.
I Truly believe that Good things do happen to Good People.
and that the Group at Acceleware is going to get their windfall.
The question is are you going to be a part of it?
