By keeping the sp low, it deters any interest, why would anyone buy into a stock, when its own investors keep shooting it down. You discourage potential investors that may have helped to support the sp and get it higher so that it is much easier and less dilutive to get the important funding we need to quickly advance the process. Every company needs funds to operate on until they can become self sustained, the small companies do this by issuing stock, the higher the sp, hence the quicker and less dilutive that process will be. If you want to get a quicker and more stable return on your investment, YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR PART AS A SHAREHOLDER AND SUPPORT YOUR POSITION IN IT. Because of the lack of support in the recent past, a slower process has occured which in turn has forced nick to look at other alternatives to advance this project. By not supporting Nick, you had in the past ,backed him into a corner with hardly any alternatives. Shortly after i entered this stock, I called nick and asked if he needed money to help speed up the process and get this show on the road. His reply was not now, because he had already made other decisions on how he would fund the next stages. If every shareholder that beleived in our products would have done the same, our sp may have been at a buck now. When you guys saw that 85% of our warrants were recently being exercised, you guys should have known, now is the time, do it or die. Lend your full support to your investment, THAT is the only way a company can be successful. DO YOU PART, which you are supposed to feel obligated to do. If you dont, then sell and move on, dont keep contributing to killing your own money.
