RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: glad i am out

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: glad i am outI believe that stock options are taxable and thus count as income.  On that page it says "total compensation paid"  and is 500k plus listed.  You said he made 300k from some article posted on the net while I try to get all of my info from web page or sedar.  Cannot trust other sites.

As for listing the options I only took them off that page as indicated, the others were not listed there so I did not. Certainly Dale initally deserved a lot of options at that time taking the company to $2 in 2006.

It is very interesting to note that they were given as an incentive and I would be interested to know who votes on that?  If you look down on that page everyone in mgnt got a lot.  Vote for me to get some and I vote for you.  We are talking millions of shares here.

Next year according to that document they will start giving out these for regular employees uo to 5ml shares.Wonder who will get those?  The word nepotism comes to mind.

They are good to themselves and set for life.  All this and the company has not made a cent in profits.

You can fool some of the people all of the time.
