RE: RE: FinancingK2 had upwards of 18% of the company. Well over 20 million. They certainly have a fair chunk left and that will have to be dealt with in the market place if they truly plan to sell all of it.
With 12 mcuft of production already in place, excluding any fracking and future drilling, there is certainly upside on the stock. However, they need to drill a well or two that are similar in size to the M.L. so as to get the market turned around again.
The last thing anyone wants to see is a financing down at these levels. Far too much dilution. As already posted, they have some money left and they can drill. Just a question of when and where.
