Further to my last post

Further to my last postNDX has a very large built-in Neil MacDonald discount - and he definitely earned it. Looking at the SP at present (it's now trading at 30 1/2 cents), I believe the company is at a place in its maturity where the discount should not be as strong - ie. IMHO, it deserves to be trading higher.

A few points to add re the last post:

- Sandstorm earlier this morning was up 30% at one point.

- Sandstorm gave $65 million to Royal Coal (RDA on the TSX-V) for 6 coal streams in Tenessee - ie. they have done this before.

- When the monies come in and NDX has TSX approval, it should bring a different group of buyers - ie. some institutions may now pony up. This needs to be looked at against the good number of shareholders who want to take their profit and run (see the above discount)
.
A couple of the BOD are capable of helping with the company's financing needs. And with Sandstorm and the very strong milieu they bring, it will be a LOT harder for Neil M. to go south on things. Again, IMHO, NDX deserves to be higher.
