Shackle,

You know I held IDC for a LONG TIME with the optimism that it would pop anyday, but I have come to grip with the fact that all the good news in the world is served on a silver platter and it is STILL held at that damn 0.28 wall.

What will it take to break through and pop???????????????????????????

I gave up because........well.....I lost patience.   Not hope but patience.
