They are not recieving options in lieu of salary they are recieving them for free.

Do a little more dd on Nortel options as this was appealed to Taxaction Dept.

Options are not risk free? With the excetpion of Nortel and that matter has been resolved, who would not want them?

Gold up today by apprx 2 bucks.
