Initial ResearchHello, brand newbie considering an investment. Just looked all over twitter and Krill is very very popular. Does Neptune own some proprietary process that no one else does or a patent to this? Or can anyone come along and use the same product?

On the site "Neptune has registered or has pending registrations of the trademarks OPA3™ and NKO® in over thirty countries. Neptune OceanExtract™ and NKA™ are other trademarks of Neptune."

But that doesn't answer if anyone else can come along and do the same thing under a different name.
