NR Financial and Operating ResultsWe all expected modest results as we had reached payout some time ago. What wasn't expected was more production disruptions. Does anyone know why the pipeline was closed for 12.5 days? We were also closed in Q2 and agian in Q4. Is this the result of rebel activity? This was always a concern and continues to be. In my opinion this is the primary reason the valuation remains low and should remain at about 3 times cash flow.
Not only did we not hear anything new about production flow rates but we still have no idea how much longer it will take to complete test on four zones or when the well will be in production. At least we know they will release news for each zone separately.
Overall I would judge this as a poor news release with very little guidance toward future plans or explanation as to operating problems. More information will be available on management discussion and analysis which will be posted on Sedar. Hopefully a more complete report will be available.
