Farhad - from a position of strength

Farhad - from a position of strengthNormally don't post this but as the answers are fairly general and the topic of landpackage/Sainik came up, I will post it. Farhad's response is in parenthesis, his anwsers are confident and from a position of strength (btw I messed up the heading, should have been Mr. Abasov clearly..):

Dear Mr. Farhad,

I am a long term share holder in your company and am impressed by how things are developing and would appreciate it if you could answer some questions I have. They will help determine how confidently I will expand on my holdings.

I am convinced the Danakil Depression will be the next Potash basin and think there are 3 serious Junior players: EPC, South Boulder & AAA . Would you agree?

(EPC has not done any work in the last 3 yrs. Once they drill I can evaluate their potential)

With you leading the pack mainly based on management skills, promotion and dealing power. So my main questions are as follows:

·        ? In a recent SmallCapPower interview you say an Indian company is drilling adjacent your newly acquired land package from Haro – this must be Sainik, correct??· (yes)        ?

Why do you think they are drilling? (They have a camp close to us and we can see their rigs working)

Do you feel Sainik intends to build a mine, assuming this is still possible with the Musley deposit seeming over-drilled? (It is up to Sainik to decide)

Or are they just drilling to increase the value of their land-package??·        ? Your interview suggests that you know what they have drilled, as you deduce with your and their info it’s highly likely the new Haro land-package contains mineralization. Where can the public find this information??
(see above)·        ?

Generally are you still in talks to acquire other land packages??
(This is confidential)

·        ? More specifically are you in discussion with Sainik and/or Nova Potash (especially the property to the West and North of the Musley Deposit and our land package)?

With regard to competition:

·        ? We seem to have lower grade vs. competition, what is your view on that?:?  o       ? EPC: Indications are a NI-43-101 resource of 128 Milj. t at 21% KCL

(Pls note that our AAA grade is 20.8%. Again let EPC start drilling first)

o       ? STB: targets 300mt-500 Milj. t of potash ores with average grades from 21% – 25% KCl (at shallower depths than us)? (they are in Eritrea, not Ethiopia)        ?

AAA: 500 mln. to 1 bln. t of an estimated average 12% KCl (Oct. Dundee update)?

(This is wrong. It is 20.8%)

·        ? Would you agree our strength lies in deal making and a time advantage on above competitors rather than superior land package & mineralization??

(Disagree, it is both the land package, mineralization and management)

·        ? Does this mean we actually need the land-package from Sainik/Nova Potash to compete also on mineralization??·        ?

(No)

How far in your expert opinion do you think they are behind us in months??·

(Sainik is drilling, don't know about Nova)

Do you see JV with those companies (Sainik, Nova Potash and perhaps EPC) as a realistic option??

(If they need us we can help. At this point we don't need their land)

Many thanks in advance for answering these questions & best of luck in your further endeavours.

Make what you will of this but I keep being impressed by Mr. Abasov.

Cheers,

R.
