RE: News - where did bit that cone fromWow!!!!
Was  not expecting that NR and am not quite sure what to make of it????

On one hand I can understand the need of directors to occassionally sell especially if the stock has gone thru the stellar performance that AGQ has recently gone thru (remember it was last Jan that the PP was placed " 0.05) for most of these guys in jn exploration companies get paid in options (versus a salary). So I suppose they need to get money somehow from time to time.

But on the other hand to get several (4 directors including our CEO & CFO & let`s keep in mind that our CEO & CFO do get a salary from AGQ) selling in concert when the outlook for the immediate future of AGQ seems poised to take the SP much higher, is definitely perplexing.
I mean wouldn`t an investor (versus a trader) in AGQ - I am placing directors, CFO, CEO in that category - be more inclined to keep their shares if they believe that down the road, the SP is going much higher. That`s my belief for AGQ.

On the positive side, there were others that wanted to purchase those 6.7 million shares thru XCAP Securities PLC

So as I said - I am perplexed!!!
