The timing makes sense to me. If I knew I was going to raise capital like this I know that it's going hit the SP. So IMHO the time to do that is now, before any announcements, because we know that those agreements are going to kick the SP way back up. Might as well get this over with now... and maybe it makes the opportunity for someone to pick up some cheap shares in the process.
