Situation

Situationread through Q reporttoday.

there are some noteworthy items, which I learned.

1. Fraccing at St. Hyacinthe delayed until spring 2011
2. Drilling at Magdalen Islands postponed to spring 2011
3. Drilling at Joly should commence now.
4. Fraccing at Ross Nr. 1 and Shekel... should be done
5. Gastem applied for 3 additional permits in NYS
6. Should be cash enough for meeting the financial requirements of proposed works
7. Forest is doing some Seismic at Yamaska property, after interpretation, 1 further well will be drilled, but not sure when.
8. Do not expect too much positive information in the short term, wherever some drilling or fraccing should be carried out, first, the population has to be informed, and convinced, that they will not have negative impacts on their environment.
