RE: D DAY?From the CUU Board:
BC Hydro could ask for a extra 15 day extension.
This extension apparently needed for marketing purposes, they want to make a big event out of it.
Also know that BC Hydro will be opening up an office in Terace, BC, this pretty much tells you it's a go.
Also told me that if the 15 day extension is true, mininsters will still sign within the next 10 days of receipt (still before christmas). As the Liberal party needs this fast and do not want to disappoint.
Told me they have had 0 resistance via first nations and environmentalist etc...In the EAO process
100+ comments all very positive. Was told that Kathy said the NTL project is the project with the most support they have ever had, support like this is unprecedented.
