new thinking

new thinking

Nov is here and gone, Chinese dragging their feet, other parties interested but nothing close to an agreement, december will have selling pressure due to people taking tax losses, hopefully company will control burn rate, but I expect the next news release to be several weeks away and most likely will be a statement from Mag that the complant deal has been closed by them due to indecision by the chinese.  I wonder if management even has an internal date in mind to publically make such a statement.  As soon as Mag gets a sense there is another serious party (and a few are sniffing) then they will publically end the complant possability.  BigQuestion is will the Chinese feel some competitive tension and signed a deal in a "satisfactory time period".  I am becoming doubtful.  We need to be speaking with Vale.  In a positive this is the ideal time to accumulate more as the stock has a strong base and cash in the bank.  I think December will be a month of ideal buying chances.
