or referring to some charts on thiis stock? In sept.... PG ( grandich) said if they made a base just sbelow the 1.50 mark..... then it could pass 1.50 and on to a 1.75++...... well it was gathering the base at 1.30..... then Mr BoneHead decided to stop the rally at 1.40+, and do another dil;ution sell off of 1.30..... well what happen to that bases that wqs building????/
