I admit I am not the sharpest knife on this board...
but I believe rather than Severstal "manipulating" the stock price it is the big brokerage houses, using their piles of cash and computer programs, trying to grap all the shares for themselves
.
Perhaps Severstal is "behind the scenes" also scooping up shares, but I think it is a homegrown enemy rather than our Russia friend ... lol
