Yes absolutely AND the placements for amounts similar and in some cases less than the amount paid for the purchase within a fairly short time has been going on for a long time as well, for a number of years actually.
They seemed to be resolved to operating from cash flow so hope you are right in thinking there may be something pressing that will advance the price of the shares, but the financials did not indicate much cash flow for anything. But the bottom line is I do not worry about my investment in DZR even though my average cost is higher than ten cents. Management has a lot of money invested in this company and pride in being capable oil/gas people. Gas will not stay at $4 for ever and maybe in the mean time we can get some real oil production.
