According to Canadian Insider:

Nov 24 Mitsui - 83,400 shares @ 3.20
Nov 26 Mitsui - 8,400 shares @ 3.08
Nov 29 Mitsui - 6 million shares @2.73

If they planned to sell the shares ... wouldnt they have done so at the higher price? Why wait until SP is considerably lower.

One has to ask why ... very odd.
