RE: EDR rolls up SVL and IPTBy the way EDR just closed a 53 million dollar prospectus offering so we may end up with cash and EDR stock if thats what is going on. It wouldn`t surprise me at all because EDR knows the value of SVL. I don`t want to see less than 2.50 per share in the offer today. In one months time nothing less than 3.50 or 4 bucks.
