Just looking at the tenure events ..... you can see the CANAF GROUP sold 100% of the claims to Brad Jefferson in August of 08 and Brad Jefferson to BJ & JJ Holdings in May of 09 . BJ & JJ is probably a holding company set up by Jefferson ..... guess the BJ would be Brad and the JJ his wife ... Joan , JoAnne or something like that.
Then in DEC of 09 there are two (Bill of Sale Initiation) transactions .One was BJ & JJ selling 51% to EZ and one was BJ & JJ selling 32% to BCT . At that point EZ would have had 51% , BCT 32% , and BJ & JJ 17 % . However there is no (Bill of Sale Completion ) for EZ's 51% so as far as they know BJ & JJ retain a 68% interest .
From there BCT sold a 9.66% interest to Platinum Capital Corp . in March 2010 and then Platinum sold a 1.66 % interest to LADASA Investements in June of 2010 .

I think this all works out but I have no idea why the EZ / BCT transaction wasn't completed ... makes you wonder .
