those 118,000 shares bambrough sold yesterday are the exact amount of warrants he exercised on 9/23 ... i guess he wanted to exercise so that SCP received the extra funds (for the Virginia Uranium deal), but he didn't want to increase his personal holdings by that much.

i would have preferred he didn't sell any, but he entitled to take some cash out, and he did only take out what he put in from september. bambrough's SCP shares still stand at 1,386,375 shares. 

note that bambrough also sold in late november about 350,000 share of SII for proceeds of about $2.5 million.
