DiaMedica Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on improving the lives of people suffering from serious diseases with a focus on acute ischemic stroke. Its lead candidate DM199 (rinvecalinase alfa) is the first pharmaceutically active recombinant (synthetic) form of the human tissue kallikrein-1 (KLK1) protein to be clinically studied in patients. KLK1 is an established therapeutic modality in Asia, with human urinary KLK1, for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and cardio renal disease, including hypertension. KLK1 is a serine protease, or protein, produced primarily in the kidneys, pancreas and salivary glands. KLK1 plays a critical role in the regulation of local blood flow and vasodilation in the body, as well as an important role in reducing inflammation and oxidative stress.

RE: Winnipeg40I think there are some people flipping out of shares to excercise the warrants. It is my feeling once DMA has the cash in the bank...we will see some additional share strength.

I do not work for DMA but in any company I hold shares in, I am in constant contact with Management. I find them humble and honest...and are not sucking the co. dry with big salaries. They believe in what they are doing. Does this guarantee success? NO...but it is a great start...and I think this is going to be a winner.

If it does what I think it will do..I will have to sell some shares on the way up...as it is just not smart to have too much of ones portfolio in one stock. My portfolio is public....just click on my screen name.....I am a patient investor who can stay with a junior for as long as five years if there is progress being made..
