Buy Recommendation ....

Buy Recommendation ....

Shares in Fortress Paper Ltd. have surged more than fourfoldin the past year, but analysts at Jennings Capital Inc. believeshareholders could still see more returns. Given current strong pricesfor dissolving pulp, which is used to manufacture rayon, the companycould post diluted earnings per share of $11 in fiscal 2012. Jenningsforecasts diluted EPS of $1.55 in fiscal 2011. The company also has anumber of growth opportunities in each of its three operating segments, analysts Russell Stanley and Marc Charbin said.

Upside: Jennings Capital raised its 12-month price target by $10 to $60 and maintained its “buy” recommendation.

Based on today's price of approx. $41, the upside potential of a 46% gain in 12 to 18 months is very, very appealing.

Don't forget to buy a few shares for the holidays.

Cheers,
