RE: Why is WIN down?Are you really as stupid as you appear to be srk? Anyone who owns this share in the belief that it is not a question of "if", only "how much " is in cloud cuckoo land. Yes, the merits of WIN's claims appear strong but winning in any kind of litiigtion is never guaranteed. Strange things can happen at trials ( and with over 30 years as a trial lawyer, I should know). When you invest in companies such as this it is analagous to investing in early stage miners. You hope the drill hits paydirt but you never assaume that is bound to. Thus there is always a heavy discount for risk and the same applies here. You can bet that the defendants are playing the litigation "poker game" for all they are worth and will do so right up to. and possibly beyond the time when the jury is chosen.
Did you not also note the miniscule volume so far today before you inflicted us with your crass question?
