The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

That's $50.00 oer unit. Each Unit consists of 1,000 shares, so if you divide $50.00 by 1,000 you get 5c a share. But there's a 10c warrant attached. Someone here figured that would average the PP at 7.5c per share. The flippers who sold yesterday are now vying to reap there reward by bidding it lower. Once they run out the SP will revert to 6.5 to at least 7c, usually towards the end of the trading session. If I saw value in this (by perusing some earlier DD posts) I wouldn't wait for lower than 6c if I were to be a new shareholder.
