It could be that Red Cross has paid Vitest part of the shipment. Vitest is the supplier and not the producer, with these funds they place 1 million into Medira. Since Vitest has secured the contract, it's them that owe Medmira money and not Red Cross. Call Mr.Meile ask him!!!
