RE: RE: RE: Financial ?Marketmaker , I m not good and fast at typing and English is my second language but I will try to bring some point here so hope to shut u up :
First , debt financing for corp like FIU ( exploration play or on V- venture ) minimum return is 20% and very hard to get financing , and nobody in here told u that Gold Wheaton deal with FIU was good one ( as Leftmike said : it was loan-shaft ) and I did agree because FIU HAD NO CHOICE , do u understand that : NO CHOICE , so with Gold Wheaton have made or will make 100%return of their invetment or even more is NOMAL in the deal like that ( look at Warent Buffet did a deal with Goldman Sach at the bottom of market Mar9/2009 or Kinross Gold did a deal with Harry Winston at same time , without K came in with $150mil HW had to sell all diamond mine % to Rio Tinto and was swallowed . And K did make over 100% return for over a year by the way selling back most of their $150mil invetment to HW ) .
Second , everybody look at FIU in different angles and have different degree of tolerate for risk , so when u ask your question of course every had different answers depended on their own DD , that was why I said : DO YOUR OWN DD , and I think Leftmike too kind , to have time to explain but u guys didn't appreciate that . Who r you ? Why I have to answer to your impolite question ? Like Narmac said FIU was not kind of your investment because u wanted to know every litle details , FIU for the people had gut and big balls like your head otherwise buy bluest of blue chip : LEH or BearStearn . With me I don't have big balls like that but I bought first and do DD later and I did compare FIU's uranium potential resource with URE , UEX , HAT
Third , if u r bean-counter or crunching the number too much by the time u finger it out , sp will already be $7 .
