The credit sensitive strategies segment represents its investments in credit risk transfer (CRT) arrangements, subordinate mortgage-backed securities (MBS), distressed loans, and real estate. The interest rate sensitive strategies segment represents its investments in MSRs, excess servicing spread (ESS) purchased from PFSI, Agency and senior non-Agency MBS and the related interest rate hedging activities. The Correspondent Production segment serves as an intermediary between lenders and the capital markets by purchasing, pooling and reselling credit quality loans.

Clayon's purchase, I believe, is just two blocks that adds up to exactly 1M shares. I am sure that he told his broker to buy 1M shares in the price range of 3.9-3.95, and the broker executed. I could tell that there was a buyer out there because every time there was an ask, it was taken out right away, and a bid lot showed up. I wonder if he is buying has stopped. Pay attention to sedi.ca to know!
