C'mon guys, let's get along

C'mon guys, let's get alongOne says this and one says that. When I try to look up insider buys I look at Canadian insider, but doesn't seem up to date. However a poster is posting daily insider buys from the Venture Exchange, where clearly the subheading says "Insider Buys". When one says 'insider buys' because anon carried out the transaction the question is: "is anon an insider and does anon own more than 10% shares to qualify as an insider?" TMB's postings don't show the insder's name or connection with NFR. So why does TMB's postings indicate insiders are buying? On the other hand, another poster says exercise of options is not an "insder" procurement. How so? Doesn't that mean that the optioned shares now belong to that insider? Doesn't that qualify as a buy? And if it's procured by an insider, ain't that an "insider buy?" Shows how much I don't know eh! Heck, I started out confused, now I managed to confuse myself even more. I'd rather see the "insider's" name and connection to the company to qualify as an insider buy. Now take it easy guys. I don't have an IQ of 90. Thank you.
