I figure if oil goes to between 100 and 110 and trades in that range, servicing the debt should be easier.  That price is no more ridiculous than some of the current commodity prices.  This is a long term project and still ramping up.  I'm in at under 70 cents, but have no desire to sell for a couple of dollars or take someone elses shares in return for OPC. 

I figure the operator and majority holder would be a more attractive takeover target than the minority holder to a buyer.  In any case, I'd want to see what the production looks like after another couple of quarters.  The SOR as well.
