Severstal will get Prognoz

Severstal will get PrognozIt seems obvious to me that Severstal will get Prognoz, at least the fifty percent not owned by  HRG.  Thus giving them 85%+/- (50% + 70% of the 50% HRG owns) of the worlds largest silver deposit.  HRG will fund development and they can include it in their IPO.  I believe that they have to keep HRG as 50% owners as the optics of "stealing" HRG's 50% then trying to include It in an IPO that includes HRG will not ride in the investment banking world.
The thing I do not get is why they do not promote the crap out of what they have in HRG right now... get the stock to $5-6 they could easily sell 150-160M shares for a net $750M+ sell off the other shite assets keep 70%+ of prognoz for themselves, have a $1B+ in the bank, still have voting control of HRG and "bobs your uncle".  ahhh what they heell do I know.  very simple I know but hey its friday and the wine/beer has been flowing after a great week .
Cheers to all who have the nads to hang in through all this and keep smilin...
