RE: cashflow/share buy back/ insider tradingfor what its worth the company guided to those 40,000 bpd on aug 8  in the 2nd Qtr financial report , in the last Quarterly they addressed this as you know citing weather issues and were confident the business plan will be put on track, last report production first week Nov was just under 41000bpd. At 19 bucks down from mid 30's alot of the downside is in the price, I think.
