Dellrey,

The fact that Gary is longer with LBE has been a big disappointment for many that have been with the stock from near its beginning. It is a brutal industry, and when change comes about, it is usually his position that is the first to go.

The stock has fallen by almost 50% since his departure. Since no news on updates or direction have come forward from the new interim CEO, it has certainly added to the concerns many of us are now feeling.  I would have to think by now the company has had  enough time to speak and consult with all departments in the company and I would fully hope we see some kind of news release updating us over the coming week or two.  For whatever reasons the board and JJ replaced Gary, they are going to have show their decision was valid and show Shareholders the stock price will get back reasonably quick to pre Gary levels and build from there.

The mines, the mill, and the prospective properties we all invested in have not changed.  For myself, I will give the new management the opportunity to show what direction they will take the company, as I still believe what I invested in still has a very good chance of being a decent investment down the way.

Best
