RE: OptionsOptions are OK withing reason. If I start seeing 1.5 million share option grants on a penny stock, I move on. It just tells me the insiders don't believe they can drive the stock price much higher.

Look at Cisco Systems or Intel for abusers of options. Almost every penny these guys have made in the last ten years have been returned to the insiders as options...and then they do a share buyback to hide their dilution. When do the shareholders get a cut? So how many options are given out are an issue. I don't think EVG is doing anything out of the ordinary, so I don't have a problem with what they are doing.
