RE: Say what you want...WHAT DO YOU THINK THAT $5 BILLION IS FOR?!?!   1+1 = 2 :)   That's why this whole process has been anticlimactic. Ask youself: Why on earth does Hanlong need to arrange outside funding when they've already been granted over $5 billion for foreign investment into the mining sector !?! Something is up!
