I am sure you are wrong with your thinking about the exchange.
They are doing a 2011 Flow through for new shares of other junior companies on the Venture, and they are also exchanging the 2010 flow through shares for FNR shares in February, That is my take on it. Maybe we are both wrong, hahah.
