RE: Quite the dilution
Well I own a bunch of shares and I am choked at what they are doing and at the discount from the market price.
Got a block of shares to vote against this, jsut need someone big to say this is Carp and then we can toss out these crooks as the amount of shares are almost doubling and teh stock is trading below book value!!!
"subject to regulatory approval" If this passes then it is a very sad day for our Canadian Regulatory system because it meanswe don't have anything!!!!!
