RE: RE: There Will Be BloodThe shorts may well be right about a large enough drop on Wednesday.  They are, however, taking a huge risk.  If they are wrong and the pps doesn't drop as much as they think (hope) they will take a bath.  This is not intelligent trading.

I have never understood why people would short a stock, in any case, when buying puts can achieve the same profit (or better) while limiting the risk.
