All I can say about Stan that he knows how to look after himself.
He certainly know how to spend money, unfortunately he does not know how to make money.
If you can get hold of the financial statements for UNP, TRP and CFQ you will notice very high salary for himself and his directors and huge amount spent on his offices and travel and when the company does not make any money the end is always the same
At the end he steps down as president, someone else takes over and because  only a nice story behind and no business
the company goes belly up and Stan starts another company with a "huge potential" and the life goes on and on and poor shareholders get screwed again
