Pre AGM Comments

Pre AGM Comments
Folks,
My reservations about REV are based solely on the proven negative character of RW.  His track record is perfect.  One failure after another.  (A leopard can't change its spots.  They may fade, but in the end, the leopard will still kill you and eat you.)  RW has proven that he is a "wealth taker & destroyer," not a "wealth creator."  And from what I've heard, he has absolutely no qualifications for the job of CEO.

I don't believe that the efforts in north LA are being done in good faith. I have a strong suspicion that this has been a scam all along to transfer funds from the REV treasury into the laundered pockets of the principals.  If you remember, the deal was put together in a rush at the last minute just prior to the last AGM to throw the dogs off the scent.  And even then the deal had to be amended because genius boy had created a conflict of interest with the drilling company doubling up as the well operators.  That Freudian slip told me all I needed to know about RW's and Pilgren's true intent.

The only hope for any of us bagholders to realize any value out of their investment is for REV to be acquired by a legitimate company.

If there is gold in RED Mtn, (which I'm now reading that y'all have some doubts about the veracity of what little information we've been given by REV management from the Yukon???), but assuming there is gold, then on the basis of RED Mtn. alone, could REV be worth between $1 and $2 per share in cash or stock equivalents based on the as yet unproven assets in the ground?  I doubt anyone with any real business sense will pay a nickel for any of REV's so-called oil wells in the deplete fields of Louisiana.  What little oil is left is called "residual oil."  It means it can't be produced.

Dear Mr. Wilson,
MAN UP.  Look for a buyer for REV.  Try to get at least a buck per share, eh?  Can you do that?  I've never met you so it's nothing personal.  You've shown by one fiasco after another that you are not a good CEO.  Please go away.   What I don't get is why you keep playing these nickel and dime and games to make a hundred thousand here, a hundred thousand there with your pump and dump, when you could make millions for yourself by developing viable assets and then arranging a buyout for the company? And just think of the extra money you'd make in arbitrage fees?

In short, your tenure at REV continues to be an embarrassing disaster.  It's time for you to lead, follow, or get out of the way. Or hire a consultant that knows how to run a business!  All that being said, I don't expect anything to improve.  You will not change.  And the "water boarding" that is REV will continue ad nauseum until such time as you de-list the stock.  Because that's what you do best.  Destroy wealth.
